The Estate Registry collects in connection with our services. The Estate Registry does not take payments through this website. We do not intentionally collect information from persons under the age of 18. All personal information gathered on this website is in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

By accessing this website and submitting information to The Estate Registry, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy of this website and further consent to receive emails, phone calls and/or text message offers and communications from us at any telephone number or email address you have provided, including any wireless number. You understand there may be a charge by my wireless carrier for such communications. You also understand that this authorization overrides any previous registrations on a federal or state Do Not Call registry. You understand that you can be removed from all communications by requesting removal via an email to privacy@estate-registry.com.

  Collection, Use, and Sharing of your Personal Information

The Estate Registry may collect personally identifiable information regarding you when you directly contact us as well as during the application and inheritance advance process, including first and last name, mailing address, email address, telephone number(s), Social Security number and driver’s license number. This information will be collected through an online form or when you contact The Estate Registry regarding any matter. This information may be used by The Estate Registry over the course of the inheritance advance process and shared with public registries, court administrators, or credit bureaus for the purpose of bankruptcy checks, ascertaining the amount of existing credit and/or tax liens, judgments, and outstanding child support. Credit score is NOT a determining factor and is not utilized by The Estate Registry when considering being approved for our service. 

We use your personal information only for legitimate business purposes in compliance with applicable laws and regulation, including to provide you with our inheritance advance services. For example, if you apply for an inheritance advance with The Estate Registry and submit personal data to us, we may use this information to evaluate your eligibility for an inheritance advance and confirm information regarding you and the decedent’s estate. We may also we use your personal information for identification purposes to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing your information or to provide you with information on our other products or services that may be of interest to you. If you wish to opt out from receiving this information, you should email optout@estate-registry.com and we will remove you from any future marketing emails within 72 hours.

The Estate Registry does not disclose your personal information to companies or entities that are not affiliated with us, except (i) when we are required under court or other judicial orders or in connection with regulatory or other legal reporting requirements, (ii) if you provide us with your written consent, or (iii) we may disclose your personal information to independent auditors or consultants  to analyze our operations, or governmental and regulatory agencies may examine The Estate Registry’s operations and practices as required by applicable law. Any information that may be shared with auditors or regulators on a strictly confidential basis.

Non-Personal Information

We collect and use information in aggregate form to track the total number of visitors to our website, the number of visitors to each page of our website, the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers, and other related technical information. This is technical information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. No personal information is available in this process.
