The InheritNOW Process

Settling an estate can be a long and stressful process. If you’re considering an Inheritance Advance, you may be wondering if it will add to the headaches. Thankfully, InheritNow handles most of the heavy lifting, making the process efficient, easy, and fast.

Getting Everything Together

To get started, fill out your name and contact information on this website. A representative from InheritNOW will reach out to help get the process started. They will want to know as much information as possible about the estate, what you are due to inherit and how much of the estate you are hoping to have advanced to you. A copy of the will, probate filings and any other documentation you have related to the estate will be helpful. If you don’t have access to the documents, you can provide contact information for the attorney handling the probate process or the administrator and InheritNow will track down the documents necessary to get your advance approved.

Assessing the Estate

Once all the documents are received, the specialists at InheritNow will quickly go to work. They will review the legal documents, court filings and assess the value of the estate. If everything is received quickly and in order, an advance can be approved within 1-2 business days.

Reviewing the Offer

Your representative will provide a written offer, laying out the terms of the advance, including how much InheritNow will advance and the amount that will be repaid when probate closes. Since the advance is not a loan, while probate is ongoing, you will not be responsible for any payments or fees. If you agree to the offer, funds can be distributed immediately through wire transfer or direct deposit into your checking account.

Close of Probate

Once the offer is signed and the funds are deposited into your account, in many cases, your work is done! While probate is ongoing, InheritNow will work directly with the administrator of the estate and the probate attorney to ensure the process runs smoothly. Once probate closes, often times the administrator will distribute funds directly to InheritNow, completely fulfilling your obligations. In some instances, it may be necessary for funds to be distributed to you directly. In those cases we will work closely with you to make sure that process is as seamless as possible.
